I have been trained in the A+ Certification program and the Cisco Networking Academy. Although I am not an expert at computer repair or networking, I am familiar with computer/network hardware and administer a hybrid (Windows XP and Ubuntu) home network.

I build and troubleshoot computers at work, at home, and for family and friends. I have installed and configured web servers, mainly variants of the LAMP combination (e.g. with SSH, CVS, and backup capability).
